I am writing to tell you how pleased and satisfied with the service we have received from your agency and, in particular, your realtor Jane Sciortino. Jane has gone over and above the “call of duty” on many occasions for us in the last five months since listing my mother’s three properties in Edgewater, Florida following her death. I live in Ohio and had no idea what to expect being given the assignment of trustee of my mother’s affairs.
My husband and I flew to Florida to clean one of the properties that had been a rental and meet with Jane to possibly list the house to sell. We had never met Jane, but she showed up at the property with paper products and snacks! She then stayed and helped us carry items left on the property out of the home. We were shocked and amazed – and very impressed! This property was the first of three to sell, thanks to Jane’s help, determination, and persistence.
The remaining two properties see more activity than we could have hoped for and we have a contract and closing date set on one of them. Throughout this process, Jane has made numerous trips to my step-father’s home to get needed information for the properties. Not only has this helped us immensely, but has also been a great blessing to my step-father who sits alone most days paralyzed from a stroke.
